We've Always Done Things This Way
Most of us don’t really think very often, though we think we do (interesting thought?).
We usually tend to use the part of our brain that stores and processes habits, so we don’t need to relearn things like putting shoes on, driving a car, or brushing our teeth every time we want to do them. Very useful for day-to-day activities, not so great for big thoughts, dreams, passions and problem solving.
So, if you want different results in your life, perhaps try different thinking. Meditation & yoga are great tools to help with this, but it can be as simple as doing something differently, reading something new, or trying something new and perhaps out of character each day. Shake up your habit based life a bit & see what happens...
