Most of my gluten free foodie friends know that since I stopped eating wheat (what seems like a lifetime ago), pizza is one of the things I've missed most. Delicious, yummy, pizza. Some local places now use gluten free bases to make gf pizza, and I know I can make my own gf dough at home, but if I'm in a rush, this is my favourite 'go to' emergency pizza base. Yummo! Have you tried this one? If you've broken up with wheat, what wonderful other foods and alternatives have you found?
