Trust Your Instincts and keep going

I remember the day I crossed paths with a Mum I know. We have lots of friends in common but don't really know each other that well. Anyway, as things happen, she happen to tell me about her daughter who was unwell, and had not be well for about a year. Alarm bells went off in my head. It was like without hearing another word I already knew her story, for I felt straight away it was most likely my story.

I'm not a doctor, nor trained in health or nutrition, but I keep hearing so many similar stories, suggest some options and hear of improvements. I just share what I have learn from personal experience. I share what I have learnt from times when I wasn't well. I am so grateful for all the resources now available in the field of health and well being. I have personally benefited from Osteopathy, Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture, Kinesiology and diet changes, I encourage people to find their own path, but most importantly, to keep going, to keep searching and not to give up until all the pieces in their personal puzzle make sense.
