Winter Bugs, Chicken Stock
I've never been one for making soups other than vegetable, in particular a good pumpkin soup or potato and leek. But lately I've been reading about "the benefits of bone broths". Articles just seem to pop up everywhere, I'm taking it as a giant cosmic hint! So after roasting a chook lately, I used the leftovers to make this recipe. It's not pretty, but tastes delicious, and can be used as a stock or soup. Perhaps a cure for winter ills.
