You say Frittata...

Each time I make this recipe it's a bit different, depending on what's lying around.  The only thing that I always have to alter is the cooking time.  This recipe says to cook for 15 minutes then 4 minutes longer or until set.  I find I have to cook it for at least another 10 - 15 minutes.  Perhaps it's because I use large eggs?  Anyway, this is a simple recipe and enjoyed in our home, especially by a person who doesn't like the omelettes I cook with exactly the same ingredients.  Go figure.  Perhaps frittata just sounds more appealing?  This is yummy served with salad or steamed vegies and great the next day if there's any left.
