I can't recall how many times I've made Quirky Cooking's Fried Rice. Each time it's a little different, as I throw in whatever vegies are around. I've tried both white and brown rice, altered the number of eggs, made vegetarian versions and also included different types of meat. The only thing that's ever gone wrong is when I've got enthusiastic and overloaded things a bit. Such a great fried rice recipe that's not even fried! There are always leftovers and I love it the next day too.
