Meat Rissoles

These very plain meat rissoles and are a great base for a yummy meal.  Instead of rissole shape, we flattened ours so they were more like hamburgers.  They'd be great as an alternative to a standard hamburger patty.  
As one of our family has a strong dislike for zucchini (no matter how finely hidden grated, I added extra carrot.  Instead of rice flour, I used a gluten free flour mix, and rock salt instead of seaweed salt.  Ours were cooked in rice bran oil.

Some of our family ate them with tomato sauce, others with sweet chilli sauce for extra flavour.  Next time I make these I'm planning to add some spice combinations into the mix.  You can find more of Cyndi O'Meara's recipes here.
